Our forum is a place for our members to socialise & get to know each other better, offer & receive support and advice on all aspects to do with ADHD, discuss latest developments in the treatment of ADHD, etc.
Only members of Add+Up are eligible to use the forum.
To enable us to verify that you are a member at Add+Up you will need to fill
out the First and Last Name fields of the registration form with your real name. Only your username and first name will show when other members look at your
profile.
NB: If you don't put your real name in the First and Last Name fields your
registration will be denied, as we will be unable to verify that you are a member
of Add+Up.
Our younger members (under 18yrs) will need to get their parents to sign a consent form, which they will receive by email (at the address they used to register) before their account will be activated. There is an under 18's section especially for the younger members, and they won't have access to the adults message boards.
There are a couple of 'rules' that should be mentioned:
- Everyone is entitled to their opinion, even though you may not agree with
that opinion, they do have the right to express it, so please respect that.
- If discussing a 'bad' point about a professional (teacher, doctor, etc) or
a school, hospital, etc, please don't name names.
- If a post is deleted or edited by the moderators, please don't question it on the board. If it is your post that has been deleted or edited and you want to know why, please use the Private Messaging feature to ask a moderator or email the administration.
